There are several repairs underway in the splash pool area. These repairs should be completed in the next week. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The water cannons in the splash pool are currently broken. We have new ones on order and will replace them as soon as they arrive.
These cannons were broken by persons who are not age appropriate in the splash pool area. The handles were either stood on or hung from, thus breaking the housing.
The cannons are being replaced one time under warranty with a more sturdy model. However, please keep in mind that these cannons cost almost $6,000 a piece and any further damage to them will be an expense to the HOA.
Please be considerate of the splash pool area. This area is designed for younger children to have a safe place to play and swim.
Great news to report!! We have received confirmation that the River Park has been re-opened as of Friday April 30th. Also, the Soccer Park is scheduled to open on Labor Day. A regional tournment will take place at that time.
